Programme

How can we stay resilient in a rapidly changing world? During the Together Towards Wellbeing workshop series, participants will explore how daily habits, mindfulness and resilience can contribute to greater balance, connection and wellbeing. Across five interactive sessions, students, staff, alumni and residents of Maastricht come together to experience psychological insights in an accessible and practical way.

Each workshop focuses on a different theme: from healthy habits and mindfulness to managing stress, personal growth and creating your own intention and mood board. You can look forward to inspiring exercises, practical tools and opportunities to meet others and share ideas. The series will be led by psychologist and UM alumna Nathalie Nolden (photo).
